Fixed editing a post in editpost.php, not allowing actions to complete. Problem caused by 
incorrect GET values management.
Excerpt improved in en_code.php.(bugs fixed as well)
Categories status icons added.
Settings option 'Tags as text' changed to 'Unpublish tag indexes'.
